Alur Proses Rekrutmen dan Penempatan Kandidat

1. Berapa lama proses setelah CV saya dikirimkan?

Setelah CV diterima, tim PT Timuraya Jaya Lestari (TJL) akan menjadwalkan proses screening awal dalam waktu maksimal 1 minggu.

2. Kapan saya akan mengikuti interview dengan pihak pengguna (user)?

Apabila hasil screening dan CV dinyatakan memenuhi kualifikasi, profil kandidat akan diajukan kepada user dan dipersiapkan untuk proses interview dalam waktu sekitar 1–2 minggu.

3. Apa yang harus dilakukan jika saya dinyatakan lolos interview?

Setelah dinyatakan lolos oleh user, perusahaan akan memproses pembuatan Job Offer (JO). Sambil menunggu JO diterbitkan, kandidat diwajibkan untuk:

  1. Melakukan Medical Check-Up (MCU).
  2. Mengurus pembuatan paspor apabila belum memiliki paspor yang masih berlaku.

4. Berapa lama proses penerbitan Job Offer (JO)?

Job Offer akan diterbitkan dan dikirimkan kepada kandidat dalam waktu sekitar 1–2 minggu sejak kandidat dinyatakan lolos interview.

5. Kapan saya harus melakukan pembayaran biaya proses?

Setelah Job Offer diterima, kandidat diwajibkan melakukan First Payment dengan ketentuan sebagai berikut:

  1. 50% dari total biaya proses bagi kandidat yang tidak menggunakan fasilitas dana talang.
  2. 30% dari total biaya proses bagi kandidat yang menggunakan fasilitas dana talang.

6. Apa yang terjadi setelah Job Offer ditandatangani?

Setelah Job Offer ditandatangani oleh kandidat, tim akan melanjutkan proses administrasi dan legalisasi dokumen, termasuk:

  1. Proses Embassy
  2. Apostille
  3. Pengurusan dokumen pendukung lainnya

Tahapan ini umumnya berlangsung selama 2–3 minggu.

7. Apakah ada tes tambahan untuk penempatan ke Arab Saudi?

Ya. Untuk kandidat yang akan ditempatkan di Arab Saudi, akan dijadwalkan mengikuti:

  1. Tes Prometric
  2. Psikotes sesuai ketentuan yang berlaku

Biaya psikotes menjadi tanggung jawab kandidat (biaya mandiri).

8. Kapan proses biometrik atau sidik jari dilakukan?

Setelah kandidat dinyatakan lulus Tes Prometric dan Psikotes, kandidat akan dijadwalkan untuk proses Biometrik (Sidik Jari). Jadwal biometrik biasanya diterbitkan maksimal 1 minggu setelah hasil kelulusan Prometric diterima.

9. Berapa lama proses hingga keberangkatan setelah sidik jari?

Setelah proses biometrik selesai, dokumen keberangkatan akan diproses. Tahapan ini umumnya membutuhkan waktu sekitar 2–3 minggu hingga seluruh dokumen keberangkatan dinyatakan lengkap dan siap untuk keberangkatan.

10. Apakah estimasi waktu proses dapat berubah?

Ya. Seluruh estimasi waktu yang disebutkan di atas dapat berubah sewaktu-waktu tergantung pada kebijakan user, instansi pemerintah terkait, kedutaan, serta kelengkapan dokumen yang diserahkan oleh kandidat.
